At Stance US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange process within 30 days of delivery for all unworn apparel and accessories in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags are still attached.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
